Thirteen million dollar building project: Excavate and install all utilities. Install sewer, sewage lift station, 320 gallon oil trap, 6" to 24" storm drains and manholes. Install gas main, water main, water services, joint trench water main, fire service and fire hydrants. Tie in all new utilities to existing utilities and patch pave. Relocate existing water main, increase existing water main. Install drop inlets and rain water leaders. Aggregate base work for parking lots. |
